Nissan Motor vs Nissan Computer

Contributions - Wikipedia

After a few conversations back and forth on the Wikipedia discussion page for Nissan Motor, I was able to verify all claims made by Uzi Nissan by getting into the PACER system at uscourts.gov. Once I got all the evidence required, I added the references to the discussion page as well as the article, adding clarity and cause for the entry. You can now see the completed entry at Nissan v Nissan. This article addresses the important case of NISSAN.COM which was first heard on December 1999 and found in favor of Nissan Motors. Uzi Nissan's appeal granted him in 2004 some rights and by 2008 he had essentially overturned all rulings, and been awarded $50,000 for his court defense costs.

It is very important for domainers everywhere to contribute real resources to public content and make sure their marks and claims are heard. We are beingĀ harassedĀ and abused daily, and not everyone is going to win (although 10 years in court will make you rethink your priorities).

A copy of the court document proving this can only be found by creating a US COURTS PACER Account. For Wikipedia users I have added the final judgement for necessary documentation.
